1. Pole & Flex Program. Weekly in-depth tutorials for all leveled polers. Flexibility & conditioning & injury prevention videos are also included to help you make safe & consistent progress, because as polers, its very helpful to focus on more than just pole :)

2. A 3 days/ week strength training program written by a DPT (specifically written FOR polers). This alone is worth $80-$100 dollars/ month because its very specialized to the training of an aerial artist/ athlete, but I want to make this PWS program as accessible to as many people as possible, so this is why the monthly is what it is.

3. Unlimited 1:1 feedback from me & monthly chances to win a free private. Im here for you!! I want you to share videos, ask me questions, tell me your struggles. If I dont know what youre working on or what youre struggling with, I cant help you, AND, the more you share, the more likely you are to win that free private with me, so that we can spend a whole hour focused on YOU.

4. Pole Move Dictionary: access to 200+ moves demonstrated on both sides, along with entry & exit.
